Surprisingly good theater for an engaging allegorical story to a tender conclusion. Central role and his journey is acted convincingly with naturalistic talent, supported by an attractive and talented cast that moves muscularly through spectacular fight choreography fighting the demons of society (yes, the story is that deep). These Drag Queens are both fierce and have heart! With a slight nip and tuck this semi-rough stone can be polished to an exotic gem to continue after the Fringe. Go and enjoy now!...

When you go to see a show called "Demon-Slaying Drag Queens", you just don't know what you're going to get. I mean, yes, there will be action, and there will be glitter. That much is for certain. But a show with a title such as this could either be dreadful or great. I'm very happy to report that it was FANTASTIC!!!
Not only were the the very well choreographed action sequences kick-ass, and the dialogue hilarious, thought-provoking and (where appropriate) difficult to hear, but the performance by every single member of the cast was genuine and well executed. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend everyone see this show!!!...

WOW! The best fight choreography that I've seen in a long time. This is a fully realized production that stands out at The Fringe. The performances were heartfelt, funny and emotional. The director did an amazing job using the space, and again that fight choreography was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and go see this show! ...

I loved this production of "Demon Slaying Drag Queens"! The script by Vincent Cleope Gomez was brilliant! I was deeply touched by the creative brilliance skillfully revealed by the playwright. This, to me, is a classic, fun tale of a wounded human soul who takes his power back and vanquishes the doubt and sorrow inherent in his being and helping to set the world right by doing so. I could see this play being expanded into a gay super-hero television series, a movie and a musical! The fight choreography was amazing and the actors were brilliant, athletic and really easy on the eyes and a joy to watch!!! My party of 4 who attended the play on 06/13/2014 were delighted by the play and the production. Thank you for a great evening of theatre!...

This fun, energetic, experimental production is why the Fringe Festival exists. An enthusiastic, sexy cast throw themselves (literally) into a piece that, admittedly, could use some editing and shaping. This is an ambitious piece that strives to go beyond the "camp" element you may expect from the title and delves into a truly dramatic story that is rooted deeply in tragedy and pain. Even as the characters are slaying demons, literally and metaphorically, it is clear this cast wants to move you as well as entertain you. Highly recommend supporting this show... it has clear potential of going on in other forms beyond the Fringe....

Loved, loved, loved it. The script was intelligently written, captivating and funny. Vincent Gomez covered political and social issues that remain relevant and reminds us that even "demons" within can be overcome. ...
