My overall impression

A gripping roller coaster ride of strained emotions from a incredibly dysfunctional family to say the least. Strong performances all around by the ladies who could have easily mailed in one dimensional characters but through Vernee Watson’s watchful eye turned in heartbreaking portraits of women trying to make their abnormal situations sane. This is a must see!
