I love how Claudia includes music, singing, and A/V elements in her show, creating a multi-textured experience for the audience. (High-five to director, Jonathan Schmock.)
What I didn't like
No notes. I enjoyed every minute. Good job, Claudia.
My overall impression
The hilarious evolution of 1980s wild-child actress, Claudia Lonow (Diana Fairgate on the night-time soap Knot’s Landing) keeps you laughing without falling into self-pity territory. A topnotch writer (and comedian), Claudia gives us vulnerability, while skillfully avoiding being corny or cliche. Her journey provides all the delicious “Hollywood dish” we want to hear, with each topic building to outrageous (and hysterical) punchlines. This is the show to see at the Fringe this year.
