It was a beautiful show honestly, very well put-together. I was not expecting to cry, but I did. The story line of the play was easy to follow and it elicited raw and genuine feelings in me.... full review

This show is a poetic version of Scarred Straight (but for teenage pregnancy as opposed to prison). Two Sides of the Same Coin shows us how we live similar lives even when from different backgrounds. The girls learn that these similarities will help them through, and the differences make them unique. Hopefully we adults will keep this in mind in our own lives.... full review

This was an excellent production with top of the line acting and writing! Every character in this production pulled at your heart strings with their believable and real performances. I like how they had a diverse cast that looks and sounds like the United States we live in today. This story was very timely and realistic.... full review

This is a riveting show about impoverished teenage pregnancy, which as Whitmore shows, is a redundant phrase. We see multiple young pregnant girls who end up in a home for unwed mothers, 2026 version. I didn't know such places existed much past the 1960s. It is thought provoking, horrifying, infuriating and all too human. We are rooting for all of the young women, and yet we know little good waits for them after their babies are born.... full review

A compelling and compassionate look at an issue that touches many lives. This play takes a topic that is too often reduced to a bullet point on the evening news and shows the full complexity of having a child while you still are a child yourself.... full review

The heart of the show is in the characters and what they are going through. This is where the production succeeds most. The themes of generational trauma and failed systems bring to light the suffering more people experience than we are comfortable accepting. This show forces us to confront how we let down some of the most vulnerable people in society. Both the mothers left to fend for themselves and the children forced to grow up far to soon.... full review

Moving story about the circumstances that surround underage unprotected sex and the lack of sexual education as well as the intimate backstories of some of the girls were well written and acted out... full review
