Alicia V. Wilson made her Hollywood Fringe Festival début with Uprising: A Queer Epic, as a producer and actor, performing the role of Stormé DeLarverie. The Chicago native graduated from Spelman College with a degree in both Drama & Dance and Economics. Alicia also studied theatre and business abroad at the University of Essex. She completed the observership program at Center Theatre Group. Alicia has performed at the Kennedy Center and hopes art will become less censored and more accessible for all.
