DON"T MISS IT! It's impossible to describe how good this show is. Sayadi is such a resourceful and talented physical storyteller that a bare stage and a few very basic props come to life in a magical way. Stripped down, the show transmits to the audience the pure beauty and dignity of creating art. A compelling story is told as Sayadi shifts seamlessly between characters. The sensuality and world-building is this show's strength. The strongest moral takeaway for me was the idea of the divine child (sent by Mithra in this case) shunned by the village, who has to follow his own path to bring light into the dark while the village insists he is the dark one.
