What I liked
The actors were solid across the board grappling with some very complex issues and emotions while keeping it grounded.
What I didn't like
I’d like to see the script get another pass or two just to see how this world and these characters can be even more fleshed out. Especially with such an intriguing hook and logline.
My overall impression
Planning a wedding is hard enough, let alone when you’re not sure about inviting certain…people. Wedding Party dives into this dilemma featuring strong performances as it asks the question, what friendships are worth saving? And which are better left behind?
