What I liked
The venue was transformed into a seaman’s tavern with men in buccaneer outfits drowning their memories in grog, breaking out in song throughout the evening as bitter memories threaten to drag them down.
The singing by the six accomplished performers was magical.
What I didn't like
The details of the narrative were clearer in the program, but the atmosphere carried the evening.
My overall impression
Impressive singing!
