My overall impression

Raw, captivating, and seductive, GOOD GIRL is Fringe mastery at its best. A story about a woman suffering and sacrificing within an incredibly toxic relationship, this lead character echoes what so many women nowadays tolerate in the name of “happiness” and “love.” Mimi as both writer and performer has created a piece that has you laughing, tearing up, and sitting on the edge of your seat, curious about what decisions the lead character makes next. Not only that, but the rollercoaster of intriguing feelings you’ll undergo makes this a “must see” of Hollywood Fringe. This is the sort of brilliant storytelling that blossoms from Fringe, and with the right development support, has a long life ahead of it.

This is truly the story of a woman finding her power – emotional, mental, physical – in being the “good girl.” Thank you for this beautiful piece.
