This show is the epitome of vulnerability in the most beautiful way. I felt so privileged to witness Dionne’s telling of this deeply tragic story and was taken with her strength and humor through it all. This felt like such an honest portrayal of grief, and a great show about how funny the worst parts of our lives can be.... full review

Please Don’t Cry is an absolute must-see at this year’s Fringe! It delivers hilarious jokes and tugs at the heartstrings as Dione explores some of the darkest times in her life. The three big loses she experiences would debilitate anyone, and Dione takes us through her journey with the love, loss, and hopefulness needed to see through to the other side of it. This show definitely serves as a vital reminder that life is precious ,and to laugh amidst the tears. Bravo, Dione! ... full review

And yet, beyond that, she was able to bring us back into laughter, which I believe, is not an easy thing to do. Hands down awed and dazzled. In my opinion, this is worth showing to a much larger audience.... full review
