Thank god Rachel Austin is back in theater. She’s the only woman I know who can spin together original music (you’ll find yourself humming it days later), compelling puppetry, and snappy, personal storytelling with universal threads of love and loss. Grief can also bring out the sillies and Rachel struck a beautiful balance between hard-earned advice and acceptance of our lack of control against the universe. It was such a beautiful show, I wish I could see it (crying + laughing through tears) again!
