After her bow, Rachel invited the audience to share the name of their Fringe shows. I thought this was a really beautiful touch and upheld the strong LA theatre community. In a time when artists are facing an unbelievably difficult period of history, it’s wonderful to know that we’ve got each other through these challenging times.
What I didn't like
Nothing!!
My overall impression
A beautiful, grounded show about a woman processing her mother’s death. Rachel’s writing and performance was grounded, candid, and gutwrenching. The audience was pulled in from the start and there was not a dry eye in the house by the final blackout.
