This was a fun behind-the-scenes romp through the idiosyncrasies of two journeymen actors. Using the paradigm of a prosaic buddies/cop show to explore the underlying vicissitudes of their existence. Mostly light-hearted dark comedy with some touching moments and insightful glimpses into their separate generational worlds....

"A Rock Feels No Pain" already feels like a short classic contemporary play that all can enjoy. The script is hilarious -- filled with lots of slapstick, witty banter, and dueling perspectives that create comedic clash. But the drama is also well written and performed -- filled with deep layers that audiences will leave the theater thinking about long after the curtains close. Everyone involved should be proud of their work in this debut production of "A Rock Feels No Pain!" ...
