What I liked

The second scene was my favorite – I think this scene could have even stood alone as its own piece.

The two actors had great chemistry, and both were a joy to watch. Each had a clear and satisfying arc as well.

I think that the technical aspects of the show were simple and elegant – supporting the show without distracting from it.

What I didn't like

The first scene was a bit tonally unclear to me. The performances of the characters felt rather grounded in reality, but the situation was of course quite bizarre, so it was a little bit difficult for me to believe that real people would react in the way that these characters do.
I would be interested to see the artists either commit to pushing the performances even further into the bizarre, or commit to the realism and exploring other explanations as to why these characters would react to a dead body in such an unusual way (and without any legal repercussions of tampering with evidence!)

My overall impression

An exploration of heavy topics that manages to stay lighthearted throughout. The heart of the piece lies in the comedic yet endearing relationship between the two characters. You cannot help but feel charmed by these performers!
