A freewheeling semi-improvised romp, Will McFadden has created a beautiful and silly little world that has the audience waving light sticks, whooping, and—of course—"giving the clap" as if it’s all perfectly natural. The rotating cast of clowning characters vying for approval is a delight (that also lends itself to repeat views), and the climactic finale is a pure-joy experience that you won’t soon forget.
P.S. This glorious monster may have hypnotized me—he had me blissfully singing a song I loathe by the end, because in the moment, nothing could have felt more right. Is Will McFadden a clown or a witch? The people want answers.
What I didn't like
Uhhh, idk, do this show monthly?
My overall impression
You don’t need to be a fan of clubs or clowns to fall in love with Club Clown. What an absolute delight. (Hmmm… Should I go back to Club Clown?)
