My overall impression
One of the most anticipated musicals of the Fringe, based on one of the worst films ever made, “Nilbog: The Troll 2 Musical,” is worth the wait. Even though it seemed I was the only one in the theater screaming “Oh my Goooood” with the actor on stage, it’s true what they say, you don’t need to see the film to enjoy this ridiculous and hilarious send-up of bad acting, creepy green backwoods cretans, vegetarianism, popcorn and cholesterol, as this rambunctious and outstanding cast utilize nearly every inch of the theater.
