What I liked
I liked that it got so much history in. I loved some of the over the top changes to make it stand out or be more comedic. Great lampshading on some of the foreshadowing. Especially loved all the Clodia sections and role.
What I didn't like
Some of the jokes did feel a little forced, I feel like the comedy could be tightened up at parts.
My overall impression
Very much enjoyed it. Fast, dense, informative, funny, a lot going on. I love the classics, and reinterpreting them and modernizing them to be palatable to modern audiences in a casual setting is something I can get behind. A big ambitious project done well.
