A clever and delightfully dumb musical about toxic masculinity. It's like a Portlandia sketch in the specificity and ability to attack a certain topic without overstaying its welcome. The music is additive to the themes and smartly woven into the plot. The cast has such great chemistry you'd think they all did improv together for years. There's mixed media and character adds that keep it fresh and moving - the hour FLEW by which is always a great sign. This kind of musical comedy is what Fring Fest is for, absolutely go see this and bring a friend. ...

As a straight white passing cisgender male, finally a show to take the theater back for us by us! A reminder of how valuable it is to produce theater that is written by dead white men or billionaires, I left feeling seen. The “Male Loneliness” number spoke to my soul. So true. ...

So fun! A send-up of the manosphere that could easily be depressing or get mired in the muck, but is instead funny and tight and charming as hell. ...

Absolutely hilarious show packed with very smart and sharp humor that rewards an attentive audience. The comedy is quick witted, current, and full of funny details. Hats off to this cast, who fully committed to these hilarious characters and absolutely nailed their performances. You could watch this show three times and still discover new things to laugh at. The jokes come rapid fire and the writing is well layered....

This show was a blast. The songs and characters are so much fun. The amount of heart on display, and the ultimate realizations of the individual men on the podcast were also insight. A fun time that won't be forgotten soon....

Strong Stoic Straitz is an hour-long gold mine. It is just what the doctor ordered. On the surface is seems like a silly jab at the manosphere, podcast world and the modern male -- but there is a tenderness and humanity underneath it all that makes you feel all the things while you're laughing hysterically. I had a smile on my face from start to finish. The jokes come at such a speed and never stop, the songs make you want to sing-along and the actors truly embody their characters. Absolute cudos to the cast & crew, you can see the joy they have in performing together, the chemistry is palpable. The show surgically deconstructs the post-modern male without becoming over politically and "alienating half the audience bro". It's a master-stroke...

The show was witty, contemporary, and creative. It held my attention the entire time. The acting and costumes were fabulous, I didn’t even recognize the actor I came to see at first. The actors all had beautiful voices too. The venue was intimate and welcoming. I left smiling and wanting to go to another show soon! ...

What an impression Mike Hadge has made with his first Hollywood Fringe entry! SSS was wildly entertaining from start to finish!! And the cast he has assembled is so brilliant. These "Stoic Straitz" played their roles so expertly taking inspiration from the obvious real figures, but adding personal touches that only each actor could. I expected to laugh, but I don't think I expected to feel... now ain't that somethin'!...
