I think this is a very intelligently written piece. The legal jargon that the sister has as a lawyer is quite impressive. She played the role brilliantly. The actress is actually British and does an English accent absolutely perfectly. I saw *My Dad's Kid* at Hollywood Fringe and was completely drawn in from start to finish. It's one of those shows that manages to be genuinely funny while also hitting on themes that feel very real and relatable. This is exactly the kind of show I hope to find at Fringe—smart, funny, moving, and performed at a very high level. I left the theater still thinking about it. I came in knowing nothing about the show, so it was so much fun to learn the shows concept as it was progressing. The performances were great and it was genuinely such an enjoyable show.
