It’s a crisp, super funny and poignant play about grief and healing beautifully executed by a stellar cast with impeccable timing and dramatic chops! Eric Toms wrote something special. It’s cleaver as hell, sad and hopeful, and a very worthy hour of your time

I think this is a very intelligently written piece. The legal jargon that the sister has as a lawyer is quite impressive. She played the role brilliantly. The actress is actually British and does an English accent absolutely perfectly. Eric Toms is so charming as the struggling a

I saw *My Dad's Kid* at Hollywood Fringe and was completely drawn in from start to finish. It's one of those shows that manages to be genuinely funny while also hitting on themes that feel very real and relatable.
This is exactly the kind of show I hope to find at Fringe—smart, funny, moving, and performed at a very high level. I left the theater still thinking about it. If you're looking for something to see at Hollywood Fringe, put *My Dad's Kid* at the top of your list.

I left feeling inspired as an artist and it was a great reminder of why I am an actor - especially in the scary world we live in now with AI and the uncertainty of where my next gig is coming from. ...

I liked how well written it was. It was efficient in definitely including heart but also never letting go of the story. There was no one correct character but two equal individuals who disagreed, and that's just superb writing....

Wordplay and physical comedy keep Eric Toms's play zipping along while the underlying themes of regret, the crash of ambition into adulthood, and the legacy of imperfect parents anchor it. Good entertainment with strong potential to continue developing....
