After seeing it three times, I’ve watched it improve to the point I have no notes.
My overall impression
I laughed, I cried (twice), and I was so blown away, I saw it three times. It’s interesting how it hit me different every time, but I think that’s a testament to Spencer’s writing and performance. Although we had polar opposite upbringings, I couldn’t help but see myself up there. The journey I went on with Spencer inspired me to continue doing the honest work and reflecting it takes to find peace within oneself. I highly recommend this show. Be prepared to laugh your ass off.
