About the Project
The Roommates is a character-driven dramedy centered on a cramped urban apartment shared by four twenty-somethings whose lives collide through friendship, grief, secrets, and social-media–shaped ambitions. It follows Celsius, a bubbly college student and aspiring TikTok influencer; Dan, her long-time best friend who’s grieving his late father; Fahren, Celsius’s flirtatious best friend; and Jun, Dan’s charismatic new boyfriend. The story explores how intimacy, boundaries, forgiveness, and accountability play out when private history and public performance intersect.
