Jamie Lyons

Jamie Lyons is a Los Angeles-based actress originally from Sarasota, Florida. Since starting her acting career in 2022, she has been the lead in over a dozen independent shorts, feature films, and miniseries. She has studied her craft at Playhouse West, strengthened her audition technique with the Greg Sims PATH class, and performed improv with the LA Connection Comedy Theatre. She was most recently seen in Dumas-Stenson’s We, The Women where she portrayed three different historical figures at The Main Theater.
In 2024, Jamie launched her own production company, Violent Lyons, which specializes in independent horror films. She can be found on Instagram: @JamieDeeLyons.
