What I liked

The character they play, though chaotic, is so lovable. The turn and discovery! Each word they use feels so intentional, especially post-turn in regards to the social climate. So well-done. It helps larger audiences understand the non-binary experience in a beautifully human way.

What I didn't like

Maybe a more realistic wig?

My overall impression

Ashley did an incredible job. This show stays with you long after you’ve seen it. A beautiful expression of childhood, parent-child relationships, the Puerto Rican experience, feeling different as though you do not belong in the boxes society provides… overall about the human experience. All walks of life, queer or not, will resonate with this show.
