Laurel is insanely charming on stage. She effortlessly tosses out one liners, and her reactions to what’s going on, the audience, and even herself are all nuanced and hilarious. And the story she’s telling, the moment in her life she’s recounting for us, feels so raw that you can’t help but connect with it and with her. Great storytelling and comedy overall.
What I didn't like
A few tech cues seemed either misaligned or delayed, but Laurel always rolled with the punches.
My overall impression
A super funny, super personal, super brave piece of storytelling.
