My overall impression
It’s been said that those that can’t do, teach, but such is definitely not the case for Anastasia Coon. She has created and inhabited a riveting story about a life lived on the land but a love that had to be hidden.
The staging and direction were outstanding, as was Coon’s performance and presentation of the many characters who shaped the lives of Gracie and Rose.
This is a heartfelt triumph of the human spirit, proof that love can overcome any obstacles set in its path. Don’t miss this show which is sure to be a Best of Fringe selection.
