The harmonies were tight, the choreography by Meghan Allison gave the piece its energy and the visuals created a delightful madhouse effect.
What I didn't like
There were a couple technical difficulties with sound cues.
My overall impression
Patients trapped in a mental institution who rediscover their voices and their power through a potent 90’s soundtrack. Who else but Pamela Eberhardt could weave this premise with heart and some well-deserved feminine revenge? Director Parissa Koo finds the humor and soul in everyone’s story and guides the cast to their triumphant finale. The cast is filled with one powerful performer after another. Notable standouts are Pamela herself as the anger-fueled pyromaniac, Emily Clark in her second winning role this Fringe, and Jeff Scot Carey who lends his rock tenor voice to multiple characters. The Unknown Artists bring another winner to Fringe.
