What I liked

Stellar performances across the board from Emily Clark, Lucas Alifano, and Jeff Scot Carey. Clark grounds us with a cool head buzzing with nervous apprehension, Alifano keeps us on edge with a charming, mysterious performance that always feels dangerous, and Carey is the perfect middle man amongst the unpredictable chaos. Pam Eberhardt and Dan Testa have crafted a high tension thriller that never lets you breathe for an hour. Filled with snappy dialogue, fun tonal shifts, and plenty of “WTF” moments, you truly have no idea where they’re going.

What I didn't like

I’d love to see a longer version, I could easily see this a full-length 2 hour boilerplate thriller.

My overall impression

You won’t find a Fringe show that keeps you constantly on edge as much as On the Line. Fantastic performances, excellent script and direction, it’s the thriller we don’t realize we all need now and again. If you want to sweat for an hour, do not miss this show.
