What I liked
I particularly enjoyed the second piece. Outstanding performances especially from Leon Acord-Whiting, and Michael Dempsey – extremely moving. But all of the actors had wonderful moments that gave me insight into what they were feeling.
What I didn't like
In the first piece, I would have liked a little more logic in the script. both in plot and characters. Wasn’t sure what conclusion I was meant to draw. It leaned heavily on conflict and yelling, which was sometimes comedic, but sometimes missed the mark.
My overall impression
This is a sincere, enthusiastic group of actors who believe in their characters and their quandaries whether in the afterlife or the inner life. A lot of fun to watch.
