I was very much interested in everything about this play regarding the life of the role that the actor performed all relating to where he grew up and how his life experience had been for him.... full review

6 out of 10 was amazing. It took me on an emotional roller-coaster. I laughed, I cried, I even hit a little dance. McKinnon ability to switch characters was amazing. I walked away feeling empowered. Definitely a 10 out of 10 performance.... full review

The show beautifully captured the realities of many of us young adults navigating the often messy journey toward self-acceptance. McKinnon’s writing was exceptional, and his performance brought each character to life in a way that felt authentic and unforgettable.... full review

I loved McKinnon's show. He told his story with such vulnerable honesty. I don't remember another show -- certainly not from a man -- diving so deeply into the pool of having no value except how your lover assessed you. And coming out a new man on the other side of that. The choreographed sex scenes and frequent newscasts reporting on the 2016 election were startlingly original.... full review

Terrific storytelling and adept handling of difficult subject matter. McKinnon's swift transitions, super funny moments and character work brought levity and humor and even teh playing field against the dark, scary and traumatic events both personal and universally felt. Highly recommend! ... full review

The show was fantastic! The themes of self-esteem, self-acceptance as well as acceptance by others and also dealing with family issues, were handled in a very relatable manner. McKinnon does a fantastic job of keeping a fast moving pace while presenting the various characters that the main actor is dealing with. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the play.... full review

This is a phenomenal and touching story about figuring out who you are while dealing with the world around you and reconciling your childhood to make that happen. You will laugh and cry and also see how your own life has impacted your self views to create limiting beliefs and how you must fight against it to become the person you’re meant to be.... full review

It was a great awakening story for the character and the audience. We can only see the world through our eyes and often believe our issues are unique to us. ... full review

So transparent and vulnerable with a mix of comedy. He put it all out there and didn't hold back. The character work was distinct and clear. He also mixed in the society incidents too which had an impact on his journey. ... full review
