What I liked

The cast
The theater
The music
The lighting
The story
The passion

I loved all of it !

What I didn't like

The only thing that was a little off was there was a few mics issues that didn’t slow the show down but again I like seeing a cast work out the hiccups on an opening nigh ?

In this story I could almost believe it was written in it just meshed with this band getting its shit together after a long long time apart.

My overall impression

This show was amazing !
It reminds me of some of the best movies of the eighties, it had great music, a huge great cast, and characters that are all slightly offbeat and unaware of how they affect the others in the group…
I don’t know much about the music scene of the 60’s &70’s but the show is like a jukebox musical of a mythic and troubled (fictional band) who is reuniting for what could be a smash hit tour or one last show… loooooved that story line- and after it was over I wanted to see them do more together !! The cast really is so likable I wanted to watch them go on after it was over !

Also the preshow does an amazing job of building the mythology of the band !! To the point where I had to double check they weren’t a real band !
Really really amazingly different play, and I love when you get to see a show as it’s finding its legs!!!

Loved it !
