Kate Banford is an LA-based writer, producer and director. Her play Pippa’s Got Spirit! was selected for Public Assembly’s Best Of 2025 Encore Show. Her sketch troupe’s comedy revue Darlings: Kill Us Please had sold-out shows with New York Comedy Festival and Blue Heaven Comedy Festival. She directed Smosh: The Sitcom (Live). She was the founding Executive and Artistic Director of the non-profit comedy theater The Elysian, “a savvy new alternative space” (The New York Times) with “experimental, performer-driven programming” (LA Times). She was also the co-founder of the highly praised Good Good Comedy Theater in Philadelphia.

Andrew Shearer is an east coast based writer, director and standup. He’s written over three plays which is impressive considering most people haven’t written any. Some of his work includes Nikki A: Baby, Makeup, Angel: Comatose about a beautiful woman who wills herself into a coma and Gummo 2 a sequel to the 1997 Harmony Korine film. His video work has been screened at Club Video in New York and recently he directed a music video for indie darlings Golden Apples.

Many have said Andrew reminds them of numbers. This is likely due to the number of letters in his name (six letters). He’s visited at least ten different states throughout the continental U.S.

We also recommend seeing YOUR MOTHER CALLED by Kelly Bouma. Get tickets and more info here.
