About the Project
It’s Valentine’s Day 2011 in NYC. The recently dumped Caleb Jordan is full of hope and on the cusp of a career elevation until he gets trapped in an elevator, much like he was emotionally stuck earlier that day during an unexpected visit from his ex. Caught up in a whirlwind of anger, longing, lust, and seduction, a desperate CJ questions God. Now, in the elevator, he sifts through the day’s occurrences and is subsequently forced to redefine his understanding of love.
“TRAPPED: The Weekend and the Search for ‘LOVE’” is an unconventional one-man musical about self-healing. It is a multi-media production that includes music and visual graphics.
