What I liked
The actor Akil presented each character very distinctly giving each their own personality. It was fun seeing all the different types of characters brought to life. The use of pre recorded interstitials was used well to eliminate dead air during costume changes.

My overall impression
Trapped is a one man show with an overarching framing device of getting trapped in an elevator resulting in reflection of the events of the previous day leading up to the elevator incident. Much of the show is compromised of vignettes told from the perspective of a wide variety various characters introduced during that previous day. Intermixed between these individual stories was an character arc of the protagonist CJ and his desires about love and success.
