What I liked
The show is just so smooth. It would be so easy in such a dialogue-heavy show loaded with witticisms to get bogged down or lose the authenticity, but there was never so much as a hint of it. And the big swing for the ending was unexpected, ambitious, and a huge success.

My overall impression
This show is a marvelous bit of parody with real love for the noir films and theatre it’s co-opting. The chemistry between the well-practiced cast members was sizzling, and the dialogue was witty and trope-y as the noir theatre it lampoons. A fantastic hour of theatre!
