About the Project
A sickenly meditative piece on the cost and consequence of small-town living with oversized dreams. HOT YOGA is a one-woman show led by Marie, a small-town yoga teacher about to teach her last class before starting a new life in Hollywood.
Immersive participation in the yoga class is optional but encouraged. The flow will involve difficult poses, resurfaced trauma, and an inside look at the next big star right before her big break.
This play contains effects and subject matter that some patrons may find disturbing. Discretion is advised.
