Actor, Director, Teaching Artist
daisy tichenor is a director of dark comedies, often female and queer centered stories with a clown twist. She is a two-time Hollywood Fringe Encore Award winner for Emma and Richie’s Big Viking Funeral by Jacob Surovsky and Interns by Alia Atkins and Julia Wisnia.
Daisy is a member of Rogue Machine Theatre and Independent Shakespeare Co. in LA; she has performed at the Matrix theatre, Elysian Vault, Thymele Arts, Atwater Village Theatre, McCadden, iO Improv, Griffith Park, SBIFF, ISC Studio, and more. Daisy teaches with Creative Acts, a non-profit that brings art to incarcerated youth and adults.
Favorite roles include “Suze” in Fairview by Jackie Sibblies Drury (2026), “Audrey/Le Beau” in Shakespeare’s As You Like It (2024), “Miss Tichenor” in A Christmas Carol (2024, 2025). “#7” in The Wolves by Sarah Delappe (2022), “Josie Livingston” in Frankenstein’s Dinner Party by Lynde Jo Houck (2024).
