What I liked
The costuming was incredible. It brought the seafloor onto the stage and took us with her on her journey of metamorphosis.
The physicality heightened the feeling of awkwardness and that arthropod out of water feeling.
What I didn't like
A bigger theater! I wish I could have brought along more people to see this play. Words do not do it justice.
My overall impression
I was laughing my claws off. This show was expertly written and performed to perfectly blend the heartfelt moments with the outrageous humor. What starts as a classic trip back home, turns into an epic horny spy thriller! Plus! There’s a bouquet toss, YAY! An excellent play, I’m so glad I was able to see it.
