This production was great! I was engaged with the story from beginning to end. I felt like I was up close following Kathy on her life journey of experiences and lessons. She was very transparent about her relationships the good and bad ones, including dealing with domestic violence. I walked away realizing the importance of trusting your gut instincts. This a must see!...

An incredibly powerful story told with humor and remarkable insight. Kathy Westfield masterly tells the story of her life and her experiences with abuse through compassion and reflection, without ever overwhelming the audience. The show is simple, with minimal set or props, and yet I felt engaged with her story the entire time. There are several big laughs that she carefully sets up through misdirect, that balance the experience very well. As an abuse survivor, I walked away from this production feeling joyous and inspired by Kathy's story. ...

Kathy Westfield’s one-woman show, He Put His Hands on Me, is one of the most powerful performances I have ever experienced.
This was my second time seeing Kathy bring this story to the stage, and this most recent performance was extraordinary. It was real, honest, vulnerable, deeply moving, and unexpectedly filled with humor. Kathy has a rare gift: she can take pain, survival, faith, grace, and resilience, and turn it into a message that humbles, heals, and uplifts.
Her story is not just a performance. It is a vehicle for transformation. I truly believe this work has the power to help people around the world—through the stage, speaking, coaching, consulting, and even a future book.
He Put His Hands on Me is more than a one-woman sho...
