I want more!! Fingers & toes all crossed for an extended sequel very soon.
My overall impression
Loved this little piece so very much! Such a heartfelt, intriguing story of a very different part of Vietnam than I knew little to nothing about. Vivi’s performance was so completely endearing — leaning into the energy of each of her family members as they encountered roadblock after roadblock but did not break. Very powerful. Left me & everyone I spoke with wanting more.
