My overall impression
You will not stop thinking about Edib Farhan’s beautiful and bubbly intergalactic “Syrian Soap” for a long time to come. This hilarious and charming show, which is part clown, stand up and improv, explores ancestry and politics, keeping its darker roots under cover and well-soaked in comedy, not unlike the political satires and absurdist theatre of Post -WWII. One of this Fringe’s finest pieces of theatre.
