Lacey Buchanan beautifully navigates the emotional spectrum of a lost soul, bringing the audience with her on her path to salvation. Pleshinger’s writing vacillates from acerbic wit to transportive prose in a delicate and refined way, while still delivering the necessary elements of horror and a gutwrenching twist. Her direction mirrors this aesthetic, painting a stunning image with lights, effects and emotion, then drops us back to earth....

Such an incredible show. To see another show deal with grief, memory, and the stories we choose to tell about the people we love (and ourselves in relation to them) is such a delight, and it's handled with care and precision....

“Who would come to my funeral?”
If we are being honest, I’d imagine most of us would have to admit we’ve thought about.
This play examines the idea of finding out and having to attend yourself. Who will cry? Who will reminisce? Did they even truly know me?
GHOSTTOWN is beautifully written and directed by, K. E. Pleshinger. A wonderful dark comedy with philosophical honesty and some heartbreaking moments....

An intelligent, layered exploration about who we are vs who people remember us as that as the question "can people truly ever know us".
Through varied and at times conflictive narratives about the lead, writer Kellie Pleshinger's creates a mournfully tragic ghost story that is excellently written, directed and performed.
One of my favorite pieces this Fringe! A must watch!...

ghosttown is an engaging exploration of two central questions. The first: “What would it be like to attend your own funeral after you died?” The second: “Can anyone really know another person fully?” Kellie Pleshinger’s script grapples with one deceased woman’s realization that those closest to her never knew the deepest parts of her. Was that their fault? Was it hers? The production finds power in never providing an easy answer....

The best writing I've seen all Fringe. K.E is a force to be reckoned with on the page. No pun intended, I am truly haunted by how good this show was. The acting, the direction, the lighting. This is a show that will stick with me long after Fringe is over. ...
