About the Project
In gods: A Musical Rampage, a gay whore and his activist lover plot to murder a homophobic pastor, just as the pastor’s estranged daughter decides to return home and confront her parents. But, this “activist rebellion” doesn’t go unnoticed – the queer couple in question may have just pissed off a pantheon of ancient deities who weren’t ready to be sidelined. Blending biting satire, queer politics, and divine chaos, gods is a furious, funny, and fearless piece of new musical theatre. Enjoy the musical’s first act as it tours festivals and fringe venues across the country to refine its weirdly unique voice, after already enjoying a smash-hit premiere at the Elgin Fringe Fest in the fall of 2025!
