About the Project
Mr. Ow is a silly yet glamorous worm who does magic, gambles with your biggest hopes and dreams, and you’ll love when he wins it all. From the heart of Reno’s favorite clown-magician Tozy, comes her newest show, blending traditional magic and modern clown… with a dash of music and puppetry. You’ll leave delighted, deepened, and maybe a little bit dumber. There is audience interaction, absurdity, and vulnerability. Mr. Ow was born from Tozy’s previous solo show, “The Curious Revelations and Astounding Insights of the Great Shamé” which explored the absurd illusions of shame and the journey of a mistake. She performed the show in Reno as well as the Atlanta and Omaha Fringe Festivals. Reno Arts News said it was “Terrific… filled with self-discovery and revelations.”
