Trickster is a magical, funny, and visually stunning theatrical experience. Director Sarah Painter and writer David Bridel have crafted a storybook world. The cast is deeply committed and every aspect of the production works together to create something that feels both ancient and timeless. It’s the kind of production that reminds you what live theater can do when every member of the creative team is pulling in the same direction. If you’re looking for an evening of magic, mystery, and beautiful performances, do yourself a favor and SEE THIS SHOW!... full review

Breathtaking ensemble work. Stunning, memorable visuals. Live soundscape. Exquisite shadow puppetry. Impeccably directed. I felt immersed in a familiar but distant world of gods, demigods and humans, and the connecting thread between the various vignettes was the playful fool, the Trickster, the clown. The work is SEEN and FELT, there is no doubt that this devised piece of theatre is at a level of supreme artistic fortitude. BRAVO to everyone involved!!... full review

Every cast member played a number of characters and brought rich uniqueness to each of the various personalities they were portraying.... full review
