Brittany Beall was amazing.
The director did a great job using the small space they had.
What I didn't like
I felt that the costuming was too on the nose. Also, for a show that promises to explore the friendship between a liberal and a republican, it takes a strong turn at the end without any Act Three exploration of what the writer was trying to say. It’s a great start for what could be an amazing play, and I hope the writer continues to develop it outside of Fringe.
My overall impression
It was a great little fringe show. It’s worth going to if you are trying to fit in as much theater as possible. I’m also a fan of any artist willing to put up a work that may upset people by not taking a strong political stance and trying to explore both sides of the aisle.
