My overall impression
Viola Mountain Door Company is one of HFF13’s hidden gems. Greg Abbot effortlessly weaves a story involving multiple characters. My fear with these type of shows is that storytellers are not often able to make the audience truly embrace each different character. Abbot takes on different physical characters as well as speech mannerisms, making it very easy to believe he is those characters and not just someone acting like those characters. A very sweet one hour production that is beautifully written and expertly performed!
