Baby CEO is a true crime comedy about human trafficking, identity theft, cults, child actors, and the tragicomic omen of being born on the set of a Coen brothers movie to a mafia family. Written and performed by “retired” child actor, award-winning journalist and editor, and child trafficking survivor, Sabra Boyd has returned to the stage – this time on her own terms to tell her story.
Exploring themes of identity theft in all its forms, ranging from financial to legal, figurative to literal and physical, Boyd uncovers what it means to search for identity when you were never allowed to exist in the first place, born into a family determined to destroy and exploit everyone and everything as a resource.
