My overall impression
An absolute delight of a show! The little sister of “The Breakfast Club” meets the big brother of “Stand By Me,” this piece captures the essence of the epic misadventures of 8th grade that often collide with harsh realities of growing up. The characters were endearingly believable and charming, (as well as the actors playing them) and made up the real heart of the show. The production exhibited a perfect storm of great writing and great acting. There was a sweet sense of playfulness from the actors that kept me tuned in every minute. A talented emerging writer paired with electric young actors makes “All Cats Go to Hell” something NOT to miss out on.
