What I liked
Cast chemistry, especially strong intro, unrequited crushes, and the high stakes of wanting your friends to not think you’re a piece of shit.
What I didn't like
Blackout transitions lost some energy. Once Onyx dies and goes to the afterlife, the pacing could be tightened.
My overall impression
Great direction! Great cast! These kids were hilarious, heartfelt, and fucked up – like if The Goonies vaped and were even more neglected. This show is a lot of fun.
