What I liked
Hats off to the cast and crew alike. They put together one of the most professional looking productions I’ve seen at Fringe. Everything from the costumes and set, to the sound design, fight choreo, and more were all meticulously chosen. Only when you see them all together do you notice the stunning jigsaw before you. Fantastic work.
What I didn't like
This is not a negative at all, but I wish it was longer!!! I was so invested in the story, I wasn’t ready to see it end so quickly. Bravo!
My overall impression
A fantastic show that embodies the spirit of the Fringe Festival! What happens when you throw systematic injustice, vengance, trauma, and the human spirit into a blender? Nyx: The Girl Born to Chaos. A dramatic smoothie of dark comedy and action, and a decidedly human narrative driven by passionate performers who put together some of the best 30 minutes of theater I’ve experienced in a long time.
